My doctor sent a prescription to Eli Pharmacy. How do I know when it is ready?
Once we receive your prescription, we will process it with the best possible price and our team of pharmacists will thoroughly review for safety. If there are any issues, you will get a call from our pharmacist. If there are no issues and the prescription is ready, you will get a text from us to review your prescription, pay online, and confirm pick up vs. delivery.
I requested my prescription to be shipped out. How long would it take?
Depending on where you are located, it may take 1-3 business days. We use common carriers so you will get a tracking number once it’s shipped out.
Do I need to download your app or register your website in order to pay online?
Nope. You do not need to do any of those things. You will simply get a text on your phone and the link will direct you to our online payment system. If you do not want to get a text from us, you can opt out by texting STOP.
Is the shipping free?
Delivery is free for all prescription medications within 20 miles. If it’s over 20 miles, a shipping fee will be charge.
Can I return a prescription medication?
In accordance with the FDA (CPG Sec. 460.300 Return of Unused Prescription Drugs to Pharmacy Stock), we are not allowed to take returns of any medications once they leave the pharmacy.
OK. How about non-prescription items? Can I return them?
Most new, unopened items purchased from Eli Pharmacy can be returned directly to store or by mail for a 100% refund. Any opened and used items cannot be returned. We will require your ID for the return due to A third-party processor detecting improper returns and preventing losses. Except where prohibited, we require a valid photo ID for all returns. Our third-party processor may record ID information during a return and keep it in a secure database to help us validate future returns. Please allow us up to two weeks for a refund to be credited back to your original form of payment. Please note that the shipping charge will not be refunded.
I have issues with medication. Can I get a refund?
Depending on the issues, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at 678-835-9997 or email us at eli@elipharmacy.com for more details. Please be informed that it is the patient’s responsibility to report those issues or missing packages within 2 weeks after the prescription was dispensed to be eligible for a full refund.
