Yes. Shipping is free for all prescription medications and any non-prescription order over $50. Non-prescription items under $50 will have a $10 shipping fee.
In accordance with the FDA (CPG Sec. 460.300 Return of Unused Prescription Drugs to Pharmacy Stock), we are not allowed to take returns of any medications once they leave the pharmacy.
Most new, unopened items purchased from Eli Pharmacy can be returned directly to store or by mail for a 100% refund. Any opened and used items cannot be returned. We will require your ID for the return due to A third-party processor detecting improper returns and preventing losses. Except where prohibited, we require a valid photo ID for all returns. Our third-party processor may record ID information during a return and keep it in a secure database to help us validate future returns. Please allow us up to two weeks for a refund to be credited back to your original form of payment. Please note that the shipping charge will not be refunded.
